The idea is that the aspect of the log cabins should remain untouched from the modern point of view, as more and more people find refuge and retreat in traditional ambiances. This fact may be happening because of the nostalgia for the old times and the joy of being closer to the natural environment and in the middle of the beloved ones.

Although the dimensions of the contemporary log cabins are more generous, the authenticity of some elements of the log cabin home design remained untouched. The technological development and the taste changes that occurred during the last decades brought some changes in the log cabin home design but the simplicity and originality of the style was not destroyed, keeping the homey and comfortable look as a distinct ambiance for exceptional moments.
